While the world goes through the Covid-19 Pandemic, are you and your husband arguing? Are you having problems communicating? Are you unhappy in your marriage?

Please know that you aren’t alone.

It is a worrying time, we are all on edge, and we may have been having issues before, which are now not helping us during this crisis!

It is more important than ever that we work on our marriages so that we can get through these difficult times peacefully.

Can I help you?

I’m Sara Malik, marriage coach and author of The Four Traits of a Cherished Muslimah.  I am passionate about helping women to be powerful beyond measure and to cultivate nourished marriages and lives.

Here are some of the ways I can help you:

  1. I have a blog at Cherished and Successful, where you can read articles that can help you find solutions in your marriage.
  2. I have an online sisterhood, www.cherishedmuslimah.com where I run my course, Cherished Seasons.  As part of my commitment to help women during this challenging time, I am offering the Cherished Seasons course for FREE for the next three months.  Come and journey with us, establishing habits that will help you cultivate love and harmony in your marriage.
  3. I have written a book called The Four Traits of a Cherished Muslimah and it’s companion workbook. It has been written especially for the married Muslimah. Do read it! I pray it will help you find some clarity and direction for your marriage, and help you to establish strong foundations so that your marriage can be a source of nourishment for you and your husband. (it is also available as an e-book)

(For anyone who is a monthly subscriber already, please cancel your subscription and sign up again to get the next three months for free. For an annual subscriber, please contact me for a free coaching session.)

I look forward to helping you!

I began seeing the man I married that very evening.

I came to the session thinking it cant help my marriage that drastically but the effects were instantaneous!

I now have the tools to continue making improvements within my marriage, most importantly changes within myself.

Sara has helped me in so many ways!

By allowing me to feel more empowered, by showing me how to action boundaries,

by helping me to find my self-esteem,

by explaining how other people may be feeling and how to understand this,

by enabling me to do self-care things which are helpful to me.

Sara empowered me to set boundaries, and stand up for myself.

She reminded me about my intentions and goals, and in general to have a much happier marriage and life.

The Four Traits of a Cherished Muslimah

Sara’s words penetrate deep

I’ve come such a long way since my work with you

I was in such a mess with that relationship. I worked through my worthiness, self-love, finding myself and building my relationship with Allah. You introduced me to a whole new world

Nearly on the verge of divorce

Attending this two-day workshop was a memorable experience.

It helped my marriage at a time when it was nearly on the verge of a divorce.

Alhamdulillah, this is 6 years of a peaceful marriage – been married 18 years now.

Universal Principles

Principles that you can apply to any aspect of your life and relationships not just in marriage!
