Communicating with Knowledge & Wisdom
This December, cultivate the habit of wise communication by submitting to Allah’s names of knowledge and wisdom, communicating with others as an act of worship.
A Cherished Muslimah submits to His knowledge, knowing that He is the one who knows, hears and sees everything. She connects to His wisdom by informing others what is happening for her, and wise and truthful communicates that.
Here are twelve beautiful and lofty names of Allah, through which you can become a better communicator:
KNOWLEDGE
AL-MU’MIN (7)
Submit to Al Mu’min, the one who knows the details of your well-being. Know that all you can do is your best, leaving the result to Him.
AL-FATĀH (19)
Ask Al Fatah to expose/open the truth whist using undeniable truths.
AL-ALĪM (20)
Allah is Al Alim, the one knows everything. Submit to His knowing of everything, while you do not. Know that when communicating with others, we can only be certain of our own truths, and not the truth of others.
AS-SAMĪ (27)
As Sami is the all-hearing. Submit to Him, knowing that He hears everything. And in this knowledge, listen to others.

AL-BASĪR (28)
Submitting to Al Basir, the all-seeing, by becoming a watchful observer, wisely seeing the effect of your communication.
Indeed, Allah knows the unseen of the heavens and the earth. And Allah is Seeing of what you do

AL-LATĪF (31)
As you submit to Al, Latif, the subtle, know that He who leads one onto an unexpected path. And in this submission, know that subtle communication can get you unexpected results.
‘And whosoever is conscious of Allah and keeps his duty to Him,
He will make a way out for him from every difficulty.
And He will provide him from (sources) he never could imagine.
And whosoever puts his trust in Allah then He will suffice him.’At Talaq (65:2-3)
AL-KHABĪR (32)
Al Khabir is the one who informs to ponder and reflect and become a reflection of the meaning of this name by communicating effectively with others so they can ponder and reflect.
AR-RAQĪB (44)
Submit to Al Raqib, the one who is observing at all times, by observing the effects of your communication.
AL-HAKĪM (47)
Become a reflection of the meaning of Allah’s name, Al Hakim – the wise, by using wisdom when communicating.
AL-HAQQ (52)
Always speak the truth, submitting to Al Haqq, the truth.
AN-NŪR (93)
Ask An-Nur, the Light, for the light (of guidance) so that you can communicating from a place of beauty.
AL-HĀDI (94)
Ask Al Hadi, the guide, to guide you to the right way if saying and doing things.
To Conclude
A Cherished Muslimah submits to Allah’s knowledge and wisdom, and through this submission, she chooses her words carefully, knowing when its best to stay quiet, and when it is better to speak up.
