Surrender to Allah

Allah is enough for me, there is no god but him, I have put my trust in him and he is the lord of the mighty throne
(9:129)

Allah is enough for us and the best of guardians.
(3:173)

Lo, in the remembrance of Allah do hearts find ease!
(13:18)

Verily, Allah does not break His promise
(13:31)

And we send down in the Quran that which is a healing and mercy to the believers.
(17:82)

Ask Him for Help

My lord, I am truly in need of any good you have in store for me
(28:24) The above du’a was made while Musa (alayhis salam) was traveling to the desert of Madyan, and he had no shelter – nowhere to stay for rest.

Our Lord! Pour out on us patience and constancy, and make us die as those who have surrendered themselves unto You.
(7:126)

Ask Him for Judgement

My lord give me right judgement and unite me with the salihun
(26:83)

Ask Him to Show You the Truth

Our Lord! Lay open the truth between us and our people, for You are the best of all to lay open the truth. (A’raf. 7:89)

Ask Him for a Righteous Spouse and Children

Our Lord! Grant that our spouses and our offspring be a comfort to our eyes,
and give us the grace to lead those who are conscious of You.
(25:74)

Ask for help With Communication

Oh lord, expand my breast for me, and make my task easy for me.
and loosen the knot in my tongue. so that they will understand what I say.
(20:24-27)

The Four Traits of a Cherished Muslimah

Sara’s words penetrate deep

Sara has helped me in so many ways!

By allowing me to feel more empowered, by showing me how to action boundaries,

by helping me to find my self-esteem,

by explaining how other people may be feeling and how to understand this,

by enabling me to do self-care things which are helpful to me.

I began seeing the man I married that very evening.

I came to the session thinking it cant help my marriage that drastically but the effects were instantaneous!

I now have the tools to continue making improvements within my marriage, most importantly changes within myself.

Universal Principles

Principles that you can apply to any aspect of your life and relationships not just in marriage!

Nearly on the verge of divorce

Attending this two-day workshop was a memorable experience.

It helped my marriage at a time when it was nearly on the verge of a divorce.

Alhamdulillah, this is 6 years of a peaceful marriage – been married 18 years now.

I’ve come such a long way since my work with you

I was in such a mess with that relationship. I worked through my worthiness, self-love, finding myself and building my relationship with Allah. You introduced me to a whole new world

Sara empowered me to set boundaries, and stand up for myself.

She reminded me about my intentions and goals, and in general to have a much happier marriage and life.
